Chef Tony Tierney makes his way back to The Acres Studio for another private fine dinning experience.
For Executive Chef Tony, growing up in the Lockyer Valley, meant making pocket money picking for the local farmers. Over the years this early connection and appreciation for where our food comes from has been of utmost importance.
